We talked about technology, about processes engineering, but NewLine is, first of all, a company that bases its work on craftmanship and know-how. One of our clients, during a visit inside our production department, noticed that every team was made up of young, or very young people. In fact we love to work with the creativity, the energy of young people. But we also want a guide for every team with deep experience who can teach the correct know-how, and transfer the craftmanship that makes unique every NewLine seat. For us this is the real meaning of ‘craftman tradition’ : tranfer from generation to generation the real know-how starting from a real passion for materials, for technique, for all the details that make up an high quality product.
